A. e-scales.co.uk operates the following policy: "If for any reason your purchase does not delight you 100% simply return your purchase in its original condition within 14days for a full refund of all monies paid".

Q. When will my purchase be despatched.

A. We despatch goods daily with Parcelforce and Royalmail, we aim to despatch all orders received by 1pm on same day.

Q. Will I receive a Vat receipt with my order.

A. yes all goods are despatched with a fully itemised Vat receipt.
